While the Motta coffee dosing funnel is designed for use with espresso it is a great addition for all types of brewing.

Why you need a funnel

Since the introduction of the Aeropress, the use of a coffee funnel has added to the experience of a both good coffee and convenience in dosing into either a 58mm espresso portafilter, a pour-over, plunger and even an automatic coffee machine that allows you to add ground coffee.

With a funnel you typically will use a dosing cup for best use. This will help distribute the grinds properly. You can also use a distributor tool with the funnel which will help increase you extraction.
