Likes

• Easy to hold (even when hot)
• Simple design
• Easy to clean (use the Jura a drop of milk system cleaner in a little water and run a warm froth cycle) – or remove wheel (keep safe) and wash in the dishwasher
• Can just warm the milk

Dislikes

• Relatively slow – up to 4 minutes to get the job done
• Easy to loose the frothing wheel (there is a spare in the box)
• Milk froth too thick for latte-art.
