San Remo Zoe espresso machine
Fiorenzato F64 grinder
The Fiorenzato F64 is an on-demand grinder that delivers precise and consistent espresso grinds with 64mm flat burrs and a 600-Watt motor. It has a touchscreen LCD that allows you to adjust the grind size, the dose, and the time for single and double shots. It also has an automatic cooling fan that helps to keep the grind temperature stable and prevent overheating. The F64 has a large hopper that can hold up to 1.5 kg of coffee beans and a removable tray that collects any excess grounds¹²³⁴⁵.
To set up the F64, you will need to plug it into a power outlet and fill the hopper with fresh coffee beans. You will also need to calibrate the grinder to match the espresso machine and the coffee beans that you are using. To do this, you will need to adjust the grind size until you get a fine and uniform texture, and then use the display to set the dose and the time for each shot. You can use a scale and a timer to measure the weight and the duration of the extraction and aim for a ratio of 1:2 (e.g. 18g of coffee to 36g of espresso) in about 25 to 30 seconds. You may need to tweak the settings until you get the desired results.
