The Jura Cool Control is a fridge dedicated to holding fresh milk.

Jura Cool Control Models

There are three models

• Cool Control 0.6 litre
• Cool Control 1.0 litre
• Cool Control 2.5 litre

Well chilled for the fine foam finish

To achieve silky, airy foam in specialty coffees, the Cool Control maintains the milk temperature at 4 °C. Firstly, it cools the milk up to 25 °C below ambient temperature and continuously holds it at 4 °C. Secondly, the device boasts an energy-saving feature: an automatic switch-off. When the stainless-steel container is removed, the cooling function automatically deactivates.

The high-quality stainless-steel container holds either 600ml, 1 litre or 2.5litres. Additionally, with its bayonet lock, it is easy to remove, open, fill, store in the refrigerator as needed, and clean in the dishwasher.

Make it wireless

The 1ltr and 2.5ltr Cool Control can be basic or have an optional wireless dongle added. The wireless one works with the Jura machines, telling them when the milk is running low. While the basic one is just there to keep the milk chilled. The bigger ones ones can be upgraded to wireless by adding the Jura Wireless Transmitter.

Great milk results

For barista-quality specialty drinks like the flat white, use the Cool Control. To create fresh, fine-textured milk foam, the device chills the milk to the ideal temperature of 4°C. An integrated level indicator helps you monitor the milk level and avoid running low.

Additionally, with the optional Wireless Transmitter, the Cool Control seamlessly integrates with JURA automatic specialty coffee machines equipped with Smart Connect. Continuous wireless communication between the two devices ensures that you’ll always be alerted when it’s time to refill the milk

Convenience

Milk can be added quickly and easily, without needing to remove the milk container. The digital temperature display and the push-on aluminium cover, optimally adapted to the container, provide easy handling and maximum convenience.

Hygienic

Perfectly fitting connectors ensure optimum milk hygiene from Cool Control to cup. From the high-quality stainless-steel container to the suction lance, all components that come into contact with milk are dishwasher-safe, making them effortless to clean: stainless-steel container/silicone ring/cover/ metal tube/adapter.
